Why should humans decide what the limits are?

In my experience, the limits aren't things like "follow the law", they're "you could be a danger. You can't come back to school." Or "as a mutant and a criminal, you're in home detention following the end of your sentence because you're inherently a danger that baseline humans aren't" or "remote detainment camps".

They don't want limits on just the big ticket mutants. They want mutant eradication and will try and slippery slope their way into it.

You're talking a good game for a man who doesn't even get to go to his church with his wings out.
