Question: if we have this Star Wars night, would people prefer to watch the good old original versions, or mock the ones Lucas messed around with and/or what there is of the new trilogy?

I'm not big on pop culture. Some people seem to think it's pathetic/endearing, but really, I just never expected something along the lines of, "Who is Luke's father?" or "What is the Orange Ninja Turtle's Name?" to come up in any of my classes.

I actually know the answers to both of those. But it's just a pop culture thing and not actually having seen it. Like knowing how James Bond likes his martinis.

I can Google them. That's good enough for me.

Darth Vader, Michaelangelo, and shaken, not stirred.

Ask me some hard ones. ;-)

Hey, I know better than to get into a battle I can not win.

Phrase on the wall of Alan's cubicle in Tron. (God, how geeky do I feel asking that question and knowing the answer?)

Gort Klaatu Barada Nikto.

Do you know what it means?

It allows you to pick up the right Necrinomicon?

(Something from an old sci-fi film right? With a big robot and people coming back from the almost dead because actual dead would have set off the religious censors?)
