For those infected and those ready to return home, the virus causing the powers issues had been taken to Muir for further research and is already showing significant signs of degradation. We're not quite in the clear yet, but if things continue at pace, it will be rendered void later today and things will begin returning to what passes for normal.

If you have a power (your own or swapped) that involves a physical mutation, please ensure that you are in a safe location today.

With this in mind, those outside can start to return.

Looking for volunteers to help with the installation of a garden at the District-X Community Centre in early April. I'll be sourcing most of the supplies for it through an aid organisation the works to make small communities more self sufficient, but if anyone's interested in contributing more than time and manpower to the effort, please don't hesitate to let me or the director at the Centre itself know.

Also, anyone who's interested in helping out with any of the Centre's programs should look into it. A lot of adults in District-X have been utilising the night classes offered there and I know the various after school activities provided there are incredibly popular with children and youths.

Head's up, the World Cup starts tomorrow! I am not watching the actual matches for Reasons™️ but I do have one of the smaller TV rooms reserved so I can hear WC news and see highlights instead. (Not me trying to balance my interest in the footy with minimal propping up of Qatar and their gross human rights violations, nope.)

Anyway. There's gonna be snacks available, mostly stuff that doesn't have to be refrigerated. Bring your own beverages because the mini fridge doesn't have space for drinks because it is full of dips and salsas.

The salsa in the glass container with the biohazard sticker on it is the dip equivalent of the One Chip challenge. It's mostly for Doug and the other people that like waging war on their tastebuds. Eat it at your own risk. I am not responsible for choking, coughing, burns, gastrointestinal and anal upset, or emergency medical visits. If you try it, please wipe any spills because it's a little corrosive.

If there's a specific match you want to view let me know and I'll make sure it's on. It might not be in English, but I'll find it.

We each enter every three minutes, we try to push each other out of the ring, you are OUT if both your feet touch the ground outside the ring. If you're out, you're out. Last mutant standing wins, uh. IDK What they win, but I'll come up with something. It might be a gift card to that bomb diner under the Snow Valley people's offices. They make amazing breakfast sandwiches.

Hey everybody, just wanted to make sure you guys were all aware that tomorrow's the day Forge, Molly, and me will be working on replacing some out of date wiring and upgrading some of the pieces of equipment for the mansion's power stuff. Don't worry, me not being an electrical engineer of any kind, I'll be running the wires where Forge and Molly tell me. They'll be doing the actual upgrades.

This means basically that nobody should notice anything actually going on. We've already checked the secure, underground power lines for all the important and/or potentially deadly/very dangerous equipment. They'll be fine. We'll also make sure the backup generators are up and running before we shut off the mains. There might be a flicker as the changeover happens, but nothing extreme.

We'll let you know when everything's back up and running, but you might notice the same sort of flicker as the mains come back online.

The name is particularly appropriate right now. There's been several accidents on the 684 and the 22 northbound and due to the heavy snowfall, the MTA is reporting normal service to Westchester is currently offline. It looks like those of us working at Snow Valley are going to be overnighting it in the city. If there's an emergency, talk to one of the teleporters. Otherwise, hopefully we'll see you all tomorrow sometime.

I know it's asking a lot to go into the creepy magic place that no one really likes, but I could really use some help saving whatever I can. There's too much history and too many dangerous artifacts in there to just let it all be lost.

Hello everyone,

There is food available for everyone who needs it in the unused corner office of the ground floor.

There is quite a variety of dishes:

- A pasta bake with tomato sauce, mozzarella and spicy sausage

- Potato-leek soup or pumpkin soup with freshly baked rolls

- Beef stew, fish stew or a vegetarian stew with lots of vegetables

- Be careful with the delicious, but very spicy curry

There is also rice, potatoes, salad and an extensive dessert table courtesy of Darcy.

If someone needs food delivered, please let me know and I will make sure the appropriate food will be brought to you.

Unfortunately Ty has not regained consciousness after the attack. After a discussion with Moira, it has been decided that he will be taken to Muir for observation.

My PrEP check-in has been postponed because Dr. Grey has her hands full. But I did get drafted to get her food and coffee and to write this update for her, so...

First, Maya's hearing aids are apparently toast, so that's worth keeping in mind if you try to communicate with her. (I was told not to make jokes in something this official, so it's a good thing that one writes itself.)

Second, a handful of folks are injured and will be in the infirmary for a bit. That's Ty, Scott, Marie Ange's cousin, Darcy, Doug and Laurie. I couldn't keep track of everyone's conditions, but I gather that Laurie is out cold.

To end on a good note, Arthur was also on the Blackbird when it crashed but is apparently fine.
